Cairns, unfortunately has the perfect environment for mould to grow pretty much anywhere. Left to get out of hand it’s unsightly, plus it’s not the healthiest to be around all the time.

At CPC we utilise Soft Washing, first a soap and 2% SH mix to loosen up dirt, grime and soften up mould and algae. It’s then rinsed away with high volume pressurised water at 100 to 300PSI@ 40 lpm. Soft Washing is great on surfaces that are more delicate. We can then post wash treat with odourless disinfectant detergent to dramatically retard the regrowth of mould and algae.
